PURPOSE
This drawing was made for a pen and ink assignment, with the goal of including commentary regarding current events. I decided to bring attention to the unsustainable use of single-use plastics and other non-biodegradable materials in our current society. To illustrate this, I drew a personified takeout container consuming the environment, representing how our current world is being destroyed by the use of these products.
JURIED EXHIBITION
After decision from the gallery jury, this project was selected to be displayed at the 2022 Poly-Kroma 2D3D+ Show at the Kellogg Gallery.
